Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At All My Bags, we realize that the change in plans can happen and we are here to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem!
  • Ordering You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order and get a full refund.
  • Once this is the case, we cannot cancel your order once it has already been processed or even produced.
  • After you cancel, within 7 business days, you will get the refund in the same payment method as when you were originally charged the cancellation.

Exchanges

We will be glad to assist when your item is:
  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect
  • The wrong size or product
All you have to do to demand an exchange is just to reach out to us at support@allmybags.shop.
In case of defective or wrong products, customers will not be charged with the shipping costs.
